The fresh air make up intake ducting is being finished. This completes the fresh air make up system. This system delivers fresh conditioned air constantly to all living spaces onboard. It’s other advantage is that it maintains positive pressure inside the vessel which stops any salt air entering.

The bowthruster grill has been installed. The stabiliser line diverters have been welded into place, these diverters ensure that random lines from fishing pots etc do not get caught between the stabiliser fin & the hull. The corridor deckheads on the main & bridge decks have been primed for fairing.

The hydraulic power pack for the stabilisers, windlasses & bowthruster is being installed. There are hydraulic pipes run throughout the vessel to each service which will be connected to this pack via flexible lines.

Work is continuing on the installation of the air conditioning chiller pack; as you can see in the second photograph the compressors are now in place.

Two piping teams are currently working on installing the crane hydraulic power pack and the air conditioner chiller pack.

The crane power pack is remotely located in the lazarette to reduce corrosion issues. Pressure is delivered to the valve block located in the crane via hydraulic lines.
